Location
As part of our new shop opening in Milan, we are looking for our future Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Sessùn brand.

Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling
- Operate the cash register efficiently
- Meet and exceedsalesKPIs and targets
- Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)




- Implement visual merchandising and the organisation of the front and back of the store, following Sessun standards under the supervision of the shop manager

Qualifications
- Creative and passionate about fashion, you have solid experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
- You enjoy customer interaction and excel in active selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- You are a team player and like challenges.
- You are both fluent in Italian and English.
