Your Key Responsibilities
- Own Customer Care in Italy: lead the existing Customer Care team, overseeing day-to-day operations, team management, hiring, and initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead Lexroom's Customer Success expansion into new geographies: set up local teams, design and roll out new initiatives, and ensure playbook delivery as Lexroom enters new markets - working in close coordination with the teams already leading international expansion.
- Act as a key point of reference for Customer Care both locally and internationally, ensuring consistency of standards, processes, and customer experience across markets.

Requirements:
- 7-8+ years of experience within Customer Success, Customer Care, or Support functions.
- 2-3+ years of experience as a people manager, ideally within Customer Success, Customer Care, or Support functions.
