Warehouse Operator
Manufacturing site in Badia Polesine (RO)

Responsibilities
- Manage material handling activities, including unloading, storage, picking, and internal transfers.
- Perform sampling and/or sorting activities when required.
- Conduct inspections and verification checks on materials.
- Supply production lines with the required materials.
- Perform inventory counting and stock control activities.
- Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams as part of daily operations.
- Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Report any non-conformities related to quantity, quality, or documentation.
- Comply with company standards, company vision, and demonstrate respect toward colleagues and customers.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Adhere to established procedures for performing assigned tasks.

Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience (1–3 years) in warehouse or logistics roles.
- Strong team‑working attitude.
- Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.




- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of warehouse processes and material flow principles.
- Knowledge of procedures and work instructions (WIs) related to the warehouse process.
- Valid forklift license/certification.
