Electromagnetic Design Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Electromagnetic design of Asynchronous, Synchronous Reluctance, permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance, Permanent Magnet Motor
- Internal calculation software development (Excel, matlab, Simulink, ANSYS, MotorCAD, Altair)
- Manage the project documentation (electrical datasheet, installation manual, testing procedure)
- Support the Application Engineering Team on new opportunities evaluation
- Support the validation team
- Support Quality, Manufacturing Engineering on manufacturing process development
- Support the purchasing department on validation of new and different materials

Education and Qualifications
- Master Degree in Engineering (Electric, Mechatronics, Electronics preferred)
- 3 year(s) of progressive experience in a similar role (in automotive field is considered as a plus)




- Proficient technical skills Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Excel
- Technical background in Electrical/Electronic products (rotating electrical machine)
- ANSYS
- CAD 2D

Considered as a plus:
- Matlab, Simulink
- Motors fed by inverter
- PhD in Electrical field

- Able to effectively interface with other disciplines in the organization to achieve result
- Demonstrated ability to drive results
Compensation Data
Annual gross salary band: 30.000 - 40.000€
