At Factorial we're looking for a new Partner Sales Account Executive for the Italian Market, to help us boost the company to the next level. Our Channel team opens doors to new markets by building meaningful partnerships that help us grow together. If you thrive on collaboration and love creating win-win relationships, we’d love to have you on board.

What you'll do ?
- Identify, evaluate, and nurture clients opportunities coming from Partners by strategizing and qualifying the best leads while ensuring a seamless partner experience throughout the collaboration cycle.




- Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners, engaging with key stakeholders across various departments to align on mutual goals and opportunities.
- Develop creative and impactful partnership strategies and account plans to exceed growth objectives and strengthen long-term collaboration.
- Frequent on-site visits to our partners throughout the Northeast Italy region.
- Engage with senior executives (C-Suite and VP-level) to establish high-level meetings, present tailored solutions, and negotiate win-win agreements that drive business success.
- Utilize consultative and collaborative approaches to guide potential partners through their decision-making process, providing insights and creative solutions tailored to their unique needs.
