Regeneron is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead full life cycle recruiting for assigned business groups and drive our global TA strategy. You will attract top talent across international markets and partner with HRBPs to translate workforce plans into action. You will directly source passive candidates, collaborate with external search firms as needed, and deliver hiring data and analytics to improve processes. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
