Experteer OverviewIn this role you will provide medical-scientific support to business functions and ensure adherence to industry regulations. You will train field teams and healthcare professionals, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and oversee advisory boards. You will help shape compliant medical materials and collaborate with marketing, compliance, and authorities to support safe, effective patient care. Retribuzione / BenefitsDeliver medical-scientific training to field force and internal teams, including launches Build and maintain KOL relationships and participate in conferences with HCPs Design and manage training for HCPs; oversee Advisory Boards Support Marketing with informational materials for HCPs and patients Review and approve medical compliance of marketing materials and presentations Approve medical decks for HCPs; ensure compliance with codes of practice Approve sponsorships and collaboration agreements with HCPs; assist Compliance on transparency Contribute strategically to marketing projects with EU Marketing/Medical team Manage Medical Information requests from HCPs and patients Backup point of contact with authorities on product safety ResponsabilitàDegree in a scientific field; Medicine, Pharmacy or similar Solid experience in Medical Affairs and/or Pharmacovigilance in pharma Knowledge of regulatory and pharmacovigilance frameworks (AIFA, GVP) and industry codes Experience in managing Medical Information and training activities Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Analytical mindset with strong compliance orientation Flexibility and resilience with a solution-oriented attitude Excellent command of English Outgoing, people-oriented personality; strong interaction with external stakeholders Excellent organizational and results-driven mindset Requisiti fondamentaliQuadro level under Italian CCNL Gross annual salary 60,000–70,000 Performance premio based on objectives Company car Top-tier benefits package Join a growing international company with focus on quality and responsible innovation
