Network Technician (Freelance | Onsite IT Support) Job DescriptionWe're hiring Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support at various locations for a leading international retail client. This is a freelance, on-demand role, with assignments given based on your location and availability.Key ResponsibilitiesOffer onsite IT and network support at customer sites.Troubleshoot and fix network and connectivity issues.Install and swap out routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points, and other IT equipment.Handle hardware upgrades and break/fix support plete service reports and update support tickets after each ordinate with remote support teams to resolve technical issues.RequirementsA minimum of 2 years' experience in onsite IT or network support.Good working knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi‑Fi,



and VPN.Hands‑on experience with Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or similar vendor equipment.Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication.A valid driver's license and readiness to travel.Fluency in Italian.Good English proficiency (required).Preferred QualificationsCertification such as CCNA, Comp TIA Network+, or equivalent.Prior experience in IT support for retail stores or similar environments.What We OfferA flexible freelance setup with assignments as petitive pay per service nsistent opportunities for new assignments.The chance to work with a well‑known international retail company.Room for a longer‑term working relationship.
