Experteer OverviewIn this role you will define a planning strategy for IS projects, select an appropriate delivery approach, and align with stakeholders. You will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver IS project outcomes within scope, time, cost, and quality targets. You will forecast contingencies, manage project finances, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in. You will join a high-performing team contributing to ABB’s Electrification and its mission to enable cleaner, smarter, and reliable power delivery. Retribuzione / BenefitsDefine project planning strategy and key documents (scope, schedule, financial, risk) with stakeholders Decide on delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.) and align with stakeholders Plan, schedule, coordinate,



and deliver IS project outcomes within agreed constraints Communicate project information to stakeholders and manage expectations Forecast contingencies and assess risks/issues early in the project Monitor and control project financials, invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow Execute IS project communications and report performance against plan and business outcomes ResponsabilitàAt least 2 years of IT project management experience (waterfall or agile) Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset Knowledge of Project Management tools & processes Strong stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills Customer-focused with a self-organized and accountable mindset
