Within the CTO Italy Operations team, the Operational Optimization Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and operational sustainability of systems and services supporting the Italian LE Business Units.The position focuses on operational process analysis, identification of inefficiencies, reduction of recurring incidents, and technology obsolescence management, with the objective of improving service quality and ensuring business continuity.Operational Process OptimizationAnalyze existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvementDefine and implement optimization strategies aimed at reducing operational overhead and improving overall service reliabilitySupport the standardization of operational processes by promoting best practices and structured approachesCollaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment between processes, systems, and operational objectivesObsolescence AnalysisConduct structured assessments of existing systems and tools to identify components approaching end-of-life or no longer supportedEvaluate operational risks related to technological obsolescence and propose mitigation actionsContribute to the definition of upgrade or replacement roadmaps, ensuring service continuitySupport and coordinate transition activities in collaboration with involved teamsAnalyze root causes of recurring incidents and operational issuesDefine and implement medium- to long-term corrective and preventive actionsMonitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and promote a continuous improvement mindsetDocument solutions and resolution processes, contributing to the creation and maintenance of an operational knowledge baseStakeholder & Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with technical, operations, and business teams in complex,
