PRODUCT MANAGER SOFTWARE (LOGISTIC AUTOMATION) We are working for an international company – a global leader in data capture and industrial automation for retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare – and we are looking for a:PRODUCT MANAGER SOFTWARE (LOGISTIC AUTOMATION)Lead the strategy, lifecycle, and go‑to‑market of turnkey logistics automation solutions built on SIS products (barcode readers, dimensioners) and third‑party devices for parcel identification, measurement, and tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine pricing, positioning, and business strategy.Manage full solution lifecycle from concept to EOL.Scout third‑party components and align roadmaps with Product Managers.Drive market analysis, Vo C insights, and competitive intelligence.Lead GTM plans, launches, sales enablement,



and funnel optimization.Support cross‑functional teams and resolve solution‑related issues.RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering.5+ years in Logistics Automation (Product Marketing, Sales or Service).Italian and English proficient.Experience with SAP, Power BI, MS Dynamics, CRM.Strong analytical and technical understanding of automated solutions.Excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management.Job location: Bologna AreaSeniority level AssociateEmployment type Full‑timeJob function Marketing and Sales
