and personalize treatment based on the patient's condition.Select therapy to ensure high-quality patient care.Handle all medical situations and issues presented or encountered while performing duties and, when necessary, seek consultations or arrange patient transfers to other healthcare llaborate with nurses during patient dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination of nduct critical reviews of all reports or healthcare activities in the facility, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.Perform necessary medical assessments for patient admissions and complete health-related formalities.Prepare, maintain, and update medical records and records specific to each patient under care.RequirementsMedical degree, specialization in nephrologyProfessional registrationKnowledge of the Italian language (English language is a plus)
