We are looking for a Supply Planning Manager,
based in our Plant in Passirana Di Rho, to lead IBP/SIOP supply planning activities across EMEA Food product lines. In this role, you will ensure the balance between supply and demand while driving cross-functional collaboration to optimize service levels and business performance.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead mid-to-long-term supply planning (3–18 months) based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Collaborate with manufacturing to assess capacity, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Define and execute inventory and planning strategies to optimize cost, service, and output
- Ensure alignment between short-term production schedules and mid-term supply plans
- Analyze supply chain performance and drive improvements through KPI monitoring and root cause analysis
- Conduct advanced supply chain analysis (scenario planning, risk mitigation, financial optimization)
