This role focuses on daily operational user support, workstation management, and first-level infrastructure troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide directUser Support & Help Desk(on-site and remote) for routine hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Manage, track, and resolve tickets through the company's ticketing platform, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.

Prepare, configure (staging), and deploy new workstations (PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets) and peripherals (printers, scanners).

Operating Systems & Applications Troubleshooting

Resolve common issues related to client operating systems (Windows/macOS) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, web browsers, email clients).

Install,



update, and configure standard corporate applications according to company guidelines and procedures. xysqume

First-Level Infrastructure Troubleshooting

Perform ERP/SAP administrative tasks such as password resets, user account unlocking, and assignment of standard authorization profiles.

Qualifications

At least 5/7 years of experience in similar roles

Knowledge of SAP ERP will be a plus

Local Infrastructure management, Operating System (OS) Troubleshooting knowledge

Fluent in English language

Annual Based Salary : 30.000€ - 35.000€
