About the RoleThe Store Manager acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring the flagship store reflects the highest standards of service, product presentation, hospitality and brand image. The role develops relationships with private clients, interior designers and architects while overseeing daily store operations and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development

Drive store sales and overall business performance across all product categories by analysing performance data, setting clear goals for the team, and implementing improvement strategies. Translate HQ objectives into actionable plans,



provide regular sales reporting and forecasts, and promote cross‑selling across categories.
- Client Experience & Clienteling
Ensure an excellent luxury client experience throughout the full journey—from first contact to after‑sales follow‑up. Support the team in building client loyalty, maintain accurate CRM usage, and uphold the Ralph Lauren Home brand image.
- Store Operations & Brand Standards
Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and product displays in line with luxury standards. Oversee stock accuracy, inventory counts, product care, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Team Management
Lead, motivate and develop the store team. Organise induction, training, briefings and one‑to‑one meetings. Foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture and ensure effective staffing and coverage.
