Hybrid Project Engineer
The candidate will provide technical expertise, advice, and support to internal and external stakeholders to resolve product and service-related issues, while developing and designing products, equipment, and tools that meet high-quality and performance standards. Analyzes equipment specifications and process requirements to create practical, efficient designs,



ensuring optimal functionality and maximizing the value derived from the organization’s solutions.
Provides end-to-end technical support across pre-sales and post-sales activities by analyzing customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and integration with existing systems. Develops and expands application areas while delivering advanced technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting to internal teams, partners, and customers.
Leads product and process development activities by defining functional requirements, designing and modeling solutions using CAD/CAM/CAE tools, and ensuring alignment with performance, cost, and quality targets. Evaluates equipment and material capabilities to meet technical specifications, prepares engineering documentation, and supports validation, testing, and industrialization processes.
