What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Advisor, you'll help Italian-speaking customers with their questions always with empathy, patience, and a smile. You'll be guided by training, supported by your team, and grow your skills every day.

Your daily tasks will include:
Answering customer questions via phone, email, or chat
Helping people solve everyday issues (training will be provided)
Keeping things friendly, clear, and professional
Learning how to use tools and systems that make your job easier
Being a brand ambassador customers can count on

You're fluent Italian
You speak English at a conversational level (B2)
