We're looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to join our Sales team based in Pioltello, Italy.

What you'll do
- Manage daily customer interactions and provide timely, professional commercial support.
- Prepare quotations and offers tailored to customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.
- Keep customers informed on order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Support the sales team by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable technical solutions.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers while contributing to business growth.
- Monitor quotations, orders, and customer requests to ensure accurate follow-up and resolution.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.




- Experience in sales support, customer service, supply chain, or commercial front-office roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, order management, and supply chain coordination.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP/CRM systems.

Nice to haveExperience in industrial cabling, electrical products, automation, or related technical industries, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, logistics, production, and technical teams.
