For our Business Unit Service in Monselice we are looking for a Service Sales Specialist.

How you'll make an impact
Supporting the Sales team and customers throughout the sales process, while developing new and existingbusinessby increasing internal and external knowledge of products and markets.
Participating in sales strategy discussions, assigning short- and long-term goals and negotiating the various Product Group sales budgets and marketing plans.
Identifyingcustomer needs and competitor offers through market analysis, ensuring efficient marketing actions and communicationsdemonstratethe value proposition of the products, systems,serviceand packages.
Supporting the area Sales organization/customers indeterminingthe most technicallyappropriateand cost-effective solutions and providing technical support, productpresentationsand product/solution/service-related training.




Taking ownership of specific customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution and analyzing the root cause of any lost proposals, to increase future competitiveness.
Performing sales performance reviews, proposing recovery plans in cases of potential ordershortfallsand providing regular sales activity reports toassistinproduction planning.
Preparing offers in coordination with the quotation department.
Reporting innecessary tools like SFDC.

Your background:
Technical background (Engineering degree is preferred)
More than 3 years of experience in direct sales and sales management.
Previous experience working with electric substation equipment; client-facing experience presenting transformers solutions is considered a plus.
Fluent Italian and English
