This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives within the financial services industry. Accountabilities

Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements, transforming them into detailed user stories and actionable specifications.
Evaluate current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state workflows that support strategic business objectives.
Define UI/UX requirements, create wireframes, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
Act as a subject matter expert for financial services and retirement solutions, providing guidance throughout project lifecycles.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align business goals with technical capabilities and ensure successful solution delivery.
Promote business process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices across cross-functional delivery
