YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Group Compliance Coordinator, based in Milan, you will support the Group’s compliance framework. The role focuses on legal and regulatory analysis, compliance risk assessment, governance support,



reporting and cross‑functional coordination on corporate compliance and sustainability, privacy, AI, cybersecurity (NIS2) and supply chain‑related legal matters.

You will work closely with the Group Compliance Manager and other company functions to drive results and shape the way we work and grow.

Legal and Regulatory Analysis

- Analyse applicable laws and regulations and identify and evaluate their impact on business processes and projects.
- Monitor ESG‑related regulatory developments (e.g., EUDR, CSDDD, CSRD, ESPR) and their implementation within the compliance framework.
- Analyse ESG initiatives to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Manage privacy matters, including regulatory analysis and advisory, contributing to further enhance the Group‑wide privacy governance and initiatives.
