Test Manager
About your role:
Hands‑on Test Manager needed for Digital & Transaction Processing aspects for Merchant Acquisition and Payment processing projects within QEA GBS EMEA. Should be very familiar with applications/systems like Portal Testing, ETL/ODI/EDM, switching technologies like BASE24, BRIDGE and usage of POS terminals,



card processing and transactions as well have an overall understanding of the Payments processing life cycle.

Will be responsible for managing a set of testers (junior and senior) to get projects/programs completed, lead from the front in terms of technical decisioning and test / stakeholder / client management aspects. Should be able to deal with senior stakeholders within Fiserv in terms of status updates, conflict management and clarifications, explanations/technical discussions and mentor testers. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and a very good grasp of project metrics.

- Accountable for planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for multiple projects/programs simultaneously
- Coordinates with project Leads for facilitating project testing effort across multiple applications
- Understands and communicates the scope of testing required to certify projects and desired business capabilities
- Participates in Business Requirements and Detailed Design S
