About the RoleAs Group IT Head of Engineering, you will lead the organization's global infrastructure strategy, driving the transition to a cloud-first environment while ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing IT services across the business.
This is a strategic leadership role combining technical expertise, infrastructure transformation, team management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition to a cloud-first infrastructure model,



defining architecture and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage regional and global engineering and infrastructure programmes.
- Oversee the implementation and support of IT systems, cloud and hybrid services, databases, and networks.
- Ensure the security, resilience, and performance of the global IT infrastructure.
- Lead and develop the Engineering team, setting priorities and driving successful delivery.
- Manage infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate engineering workloads, incident resolution, service requests, and project activities.
- Act as the main technical contact for infrastructure-related initiatives, collaborating with project, security, and IT leadership teams.
