RadiciGroup is looking for a Legal Specialist to join the Group Legal team within the Legal & Compliance function. The role will provide legal support across the Group’s business activities, with responsibility covering both RadiciGroup and DOMO. The successful candidate will focus in particular on international contracts management, corporate governance and housekeeping, litigation and external counsels management, while supporting the business in the prevention and mitigation of legal risks and in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in line with the Group’s objectives.



The position will report directly to the Head of Legal.

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate corporate housekeeping activities for Group entities in multiple jurisdictions, including preparation, review, and organization of Board of Directors’ and Shareholders’ meetings and resolutions, corporate registrations and filings, powers of attorney and delegation of authority, with the support of local advisors where required, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Group’s corporate governance framework.
- Support legal workstreams relating to extraordinary corporate transactions, including incorporation and liquidations, mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, etc., coordinating the preparation and execution of corporate documentation and liaising with notaries and external counsels in connection with transactions implementation.
