Our services are aimed at a wide variety of clients including Institutional Investors (Real Estate Funds, Property Companies, and Corporate Organizations), Private Individuals,



Freeholders and Owner‑occupiers, Property Developers, Banks and Insurance Companies, and Public Institutions. Sectors: Offices Industrial & Logistics High Street Retail, Retail Parks, and Shopping Centres Multifamily, PBSA, and Healthcare Alternatives (e.g., Infrastructure and Data Centers).

Competencies & Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate may have either an economic or technical educational background.
RICS membership is required.
The successful candidate should ideally come from consulting or corporate companies, preferably with an international/European focus as well as local expertise, and have 10 years' experience in real estate valuation and related activities.
