Your Role




We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evolving cloud-native solutions. You will help drive the Technogym ecosystem, which includes gym equipment, mobile and web applications, and third-party integrations.

You’ll use best practices in software development to deliver scalable, highly available, and secure cloud services.

Your Impact

- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# (.NET) and Node.js
- Architect and manage cloud-native services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and security to streamline delivery pipelines and ensure security and compliance
- Handle incidents, improve alerting systems, and maintain service uptime, collaborating with the infrastructure team
