The role:
We are seeking a BI Application Manager to join our Delivery (Build)



Team with the goal of reducing reliance on external vendors by bringing knowledge and its management in-house. The role requires strong ability to engage with various key users, understand their needs, and guide them toward effective solutions. In addition to providing user support, the successful candidate will play an active role in implementing technological strategies in the analytics domain, in alignment with corporate guidelines.

- Monitor and maintain BI systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, data inconsistencies, and system errors within BI applications.
- Collaborate with key users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support business needs.
- Implement enhancements and updates to BI tools in alignment with corporate standards.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all BI platforms and processes.
