Bakelite GmbH is seeking an FP&A; Analyst to join the Operations Finance team for Italy, Spain and Finland.

The role focuses on planning, tracking and analyzing manufacturing costs, Capex and productivity metrics, partnering with site leaders and cross-functional teams.
The candidate will perform closing tasks, prepare budgets and forecasts, and ensure accurate P&L;/BS reporting across the three countries. xysqume

Fluency in English and strong Excel/SAP skills are essential.
