Legal & Compliance Specialist

to strengthen its Legal & Compliance Team. You will support the Company's legal and compliance framework, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, internal policies and corporate governance standards. The role combines compliance and corporate governance responsibilities, with a particular focus on the implementation and maintenance of the Compliance Program, Legislative Decree 231/2001, whistleblowing processes and corporate secretarial activities within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Company's Compliance and Ethics Program, ensuring alignment with Arriva Group policies, standards and governance requirements through regular coordination with the Group Compliance function.




Support the implementation and periodic update of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, including risk assessments, control monitoring, documentation and liaison with the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza).
Manage and coordinate the Company's whistleblowing framework, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, supporting the handling of reports, coordinating investigations with relevant stakeholders and monitoring corrective actions in collaboration with the Arriva Group Compliance and Speak Up teams.
Coordinate third-party integrity due diligence activities and monitor legal and regulatory developments, supporting the implementation of any required changes to the compliance framework.
