We are currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy

What kind of work will you be doing?

- Work in a multi-disciplinary engineering team on thermal cooling units for data centers, focusing on high‑performance, cost‑effective design and market‑leading innovation.
- Design new products or re‑engineer existing ones with a focus on electrical design, collaborating with suppliers, procurement, and industrial engineering while being aware of necessary product marketing inputs.
- Support product production transfer from and to other locations, interfacing with the main center of expertise.
- Create and review product documentation (E‑CAD drawings, specifications, bills of material).
- Meet objectives of cost, quality, environmental and time of execution, achieving the best trade‑off between market and internal customer needs.




- Analyze and resolve technical problems regarding products under your responsibility.
- Demonstrate competence in international electrical regulations and standards (CE/UL).
- Communicate effectively across all regions to enhance global designs.

What will make you successful?

- Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an electrical designer, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical design principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of ECAD & PLM systems and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of active and passive filters for harmonics mitigation, power factor correction and similar.
- Good knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration principles desirable but not essential.
- English – intermediate level – written and spoken.
- Result‑oriented, team player, careful to details, flexible, and having a teamwork attitude.
