About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level Engineering Recruiter to join our Milan team and take ownership of complex, high-volume recruitment mandates within the outsourcing and staff augmentation space. You'll act as a trusted talent partner to both our clients and candidates,



managing full-cycle recruitment for engineering profiles while contributing to the growth of our Italian operations. If you have a solid recruitment foundation and want to take the next step in a fast-moving, international outsourcing company, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior engineering roles across disciplines including mechanical, civil, industrial, electrical, and project engineering.
- Proactively source, headhunt, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical competencies, career motivations, and suitability for outsourcing or staff augmentation models.
