Purpose of the position
As Legal Counsel/Specialist - M&A;, Regulatory and Finance you will be part of the General Counsel and Company Affairs Function.
How can you support us?
The Candidate, In Coordination With The Rest Of The Team, Will Provide Legal Support And Assistance To Internal Departments In The Following Areas:
-
- mergers/spin-offs, sale and purchase of stakes in companies,
business units or strategic assets, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions
- Antitrust, Foreign Direct Investment, and Foreign Subsidies Regulation
- extraordinary financing transactions (medium- to long-term loan agreements and debt capital markets transactions) and ordinary financing (unsecured credit lines, factoring, guarantees and ISDA agreements)
What Are We Looking For?
Education: Master’s degree in Law, Admission to the bar
Background: 5 years of experience in M&A;, regulatory, and finance
Languages: English language proficiency (C-1)
Technical/IT Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in the use of artificial intelligence tools
