You will report to Site Leadership and spearhead the transformation journey, building capabilities, mindset, and leadership behaviors that enable sustainable performance and continuous improvement.
You will develop and implement the Global Operational Excellence xysqume Strategy, act as Site Pillar Owner, collaborate with the Site Director, and lead a team of OPEX specialists
