The job
This role combines technical expertise with a passion for training and customer support. You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement. Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE‑XAO/ETAPCAD‑CAE software solutions. If you enjoy working closely with people, delivering high‑quality training, and being part of a dynamic technical environment, this role is an excellent fit.

Key responsibilities

Deliver technical training sessions on IGE‑XAO/ETAPelectrical CAD‑CAE software to customers and partners.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance.

Prepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to p
