Who we are looking forThis is what you will doThe International Markets Development Division (IMDD) is responsible for expanding and managing Chiesi's operations in international markets.

This division focuses on portfolio strategy,



commercial excellence and the integration of various business units to enhance the company's presence and performance in growth and core markets.The Portfolio Operations & Launch Excellence Manager supports the Lifecycle Management & Launch Excellence function by providing operational, analytical, and governance support across Lifecycle Management, Launch Excellence, Geo-Expansion, and strategic business initiatives.

The role will be responsible for driving execution follow-through, performance monitoring, KPI reporting, cross-functional coordination, and business analyses across priority markets.You will be responsible forStrategic Business Operations & Analytical SupportConsolidate LTP assumptions, forecasts, and market projections across BUs & partnersSupport profitability analyses, business case development, portfolio reviews, and strategic assessmentsPrepare analyses, reports, presentations, and recommendations supporting portfolio discussions, business reviews, and management decision-makingMonitor progress against agreed pro
