To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Turin (Vanchiglietta area), we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and analytical Finance & Management Control Manager.Role OverviewReporting directly to the corporate management and the parent company, you will oversee all administrative, accounting, and financial activities, supervising one team member.
A key focus of this role will be driving the evolution of our management control systems and supporting a major corporate ERP transition.PosizioneKey ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial StatementsSupervise and control the general ledger (GL) and analytical/cost accounting.Prepare monthly accounting statements and periodic management accounts.Draft comprehensive management reporting in English for the parent company (including P&L;, Cash Flow, and KPIs).Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings.Manage accrual entries, prepayments, and depreciation/amortization processes.Management ControlDevelop and implement a structured management control system to evolve and replace the current Excel-based model.Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast figures.Provide strategic support to management in evaluating overall company performance.Define and monitor key financial and operational KPIs.Tax & Corporate ComplianceCollaborate with th
