As a Sourcing Advisor - Sourcing Management: Supplier Quality Engineering you take the ownership of initiatives in strict synergy with the Supplier Quality Manager and the execution team within the Fuel Control Safety Solutions-FCSS business. In this role, you will follow an individual working plan, meet initiatives related objectives,



and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

As aSourcing Advisor - Sourcing Management: Supplier Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for:

- Lead initiatives and actions in close collaboration with the business Global Supplier Quality Leader and staff with a significantly high impact on the organization

- Preparation of Scorecard Review for all production facilities
- Preparation of monthly Supplier Quality metrics and reporting
- Benchmarking with other business lines to capture best practices
- Creation and deployment of QMS standards
- Scout business processes opportunities for automation (eg via generative AI) and finalize Business Cases
- Drive complex suppliers’ related problem solving activities across the sites
- Coordinate with Regional Supplier Quality Manager to ensure timely execution of Supplier Quality Development Plan
