You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure with the goal of driving revenue, agency education and long term relationships.
This position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and a passion for client service/partnerships to drive long-term growth.

Raise the bar
- Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies in the Italian market.
Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.2.
Make your own discoveries
- Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools.
Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.3.
