You’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting mechatronic and electronic equipment failures, performing root cause analyses (RCA), and creating technical reports that drive real product improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot machinery and product failuresPerform root cause analysis (RCA) on electronic, electrical, and mechatronic systemsDocument findings in clear, detailed technical reportsPartner with quality, product,



and manufacturing teams to implement corrective and preventive actionsSupport both internal manufacturing and external clients with containment measures and reliability improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues and prevent recurrenceRequirementsBachelor’s degree (BSc/BEng) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field2+ Years of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systemsBackground in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, or complex automation systemsStrong analytical skills and ability to write structured, technical reportsExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)Proactive mindset, high sense of responsibility, and ownership of problems from start to finishWe Offer1-2 year contract (40 hours/week) with the possibility of permanent employment.Monthly gross salary: €3,500
