ResponsibilitiesClient ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships. Understand client needs and requirements, communicate them effectively to the delivery team, update clients regularly on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Project DeliveryLead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, manage the delivery schedule, and monitor performance using appropriate tools and techniques,



reporting on progress and necessary adjustments.
Team LeadershipOversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture. Manage multiple projects and work under pressure while exercising strong management skills and strategic thinking.
Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Risk ManagementIdentify potential risks to project success, develop mitigation strategies, monitor and manage risks and issues, and elevate them as necessary.
