We are currently seeking a

Sales Support Coordinator – Direct Market

responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Support team serving direct markets, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and alignment with business objectives.
The role acts as a key link between Sales Management, customers, agents,



logistics, and internal departments to support commercial growth, optimize processes, and achieve company KPIs.
Manages the sales support team and coordinates all office activities, aiming to ensure excellent service standards and a high level of customer satisfaction, making sure that requests from the network or any customer issues are handled professionally, accurately, and on time. If a dealer is satisfied, they become the best brand ambassador for a company's products and services, loyal to the brand, more likely to buy the service/product again, and ultimately more profitable in the long run.

Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the Sales Support team dedicated to direct markets
Translate Sales Management strategy into daily activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and achievement of company KPIs
