This role oversees both strategic and operational activities to foster business growth, enhance service offerings, and optimize after-sales performance.

Additionally, it serves as a key liaison with HQ and suppliers, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and promoting alignment with the Group’s overall vision and goals.#

Key Responsibilities:
* Integrate after-sales services into commercial proposals, maximizing customer value and satisfaction
* Develop and coordinate a regional service network (maintenance and field service) leveraging internal resources and local partners
* Manage service escalations and ensure high service quality standards
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Brands, suppliers, HQ) to optimize solutions and profitability
* Define and drive the After-Sales strategy in alignment with corporate goals and market trends
* Develop modernization, upgrade, and value-added service business
* Support Brands in the positioning and execution of After-Sales offerings
* Identify growth opportunities (up-selling, cross-selling) and increase service revenue
* Implement service performance tracking and reporting systems
