As part of a strategic Marketing & Sales initiative, we are seeking a Senior Incubation Manager to lead the exploration, innovation, and incubation of new solutions that complement our existing portfolio and unlock new market opportunities.This is a high-impact role for a seasoned leader who understands the complexity of our technologies and the dynamics of our global markets.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution—co-creating with customers and partners to shape the next generation of energy solutions.This role can be based at any Hitachi Energy location within Europe.Drive innovation by identifying, testing, and scaling new business models, services, and solutions in collaboration with customers, partners,
