About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Service Development Director to lead the growth, innovation,



and market positioning of a global portfolio of services. Reporting to the Vice President, TFS Connectivity & Products, this role is responsible for driving service development initiatives, expanding market opportunities, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Standardization Teams, Centers of Expertise, and external technology partners to develop and scale innovative service offerings.
