Job Description
- Drive international growth in a fast-growing software company
- Lead a Software Company’s scale-up journey along side the Founder
- Guide the go-to-market strategy for the internationalisation of the product.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise performance.
- Collaborate with the Founder to support strategic initiatives.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators and ensure targets are met.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across departments.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor teams to foster a high-performance culture.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans aimed to the internationalisation of the product.
- Proven expertise in operational management within the software / technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
