We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Specialist to join our team at CRI-MAN Production Company, located in Correggio, Italy. In this crucial role, you will serve as the key driver for promoting and ensuring compliance with Atlas Copco's rigorous SHE standards and regulatory requirements, directly supporting our commitment to a safe and sustainable working environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take ownership of SHE management within the production facility, acting as a trusted advisor and internal RSPP (Head of the Prevention & Protection Service) in alignment with Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008.

Responsibilities

- Maintaining and continuously improving quality, environmental, and safety management systems, ensuring they remain fully compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant local legislation.




- Updating and optimizing digital tools and databases such as Chemwatch, TIA, SharePoint, and Power BI to enhance data accuracy, reporting, and system effectiveness.
- Leading and coordinating internal and external audits, facilitating audit readiness and the successful implementation of audit findings including those required by GIAA and AON.
- Supporting the General Manager and cross‑functional teams in managing mandatory environmental and safety programs while contributing to the maintenance and operation of safety equipment and workplace conditions.
- Driving risk assessment processes for work safety, environmental impacts, and contractor safety management, ensuring all interventions meet stringent safety standards.
