DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:
The Global Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer Specialist,



reporting to Global Visual Merchandising Director, supports the Global Visual Merchandising team in the creation and execution of visual merchandising materials for Bata stores worldwide.

The role combines daily graphic work on VM guidelines and presentations with the development of visual proposals for window displays and product presentation layouts, supporting store implementation across international markets.

The position operates within a global and multicultural environment, collaborating with regional and local teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Global Marketing Manager in developing and planning global brand communication campaigns

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform brand strategies and refine consumer understanding

Translate insights into actionable recommendations for brand positioning, storytelling, and retail activation

Support go-to-market (GTM) plans and marketing playb
