Dad has a full work-from-home setup, while mom has a hybrid one that may require her to report to work from Monday to Wednesday.

The child is almost a toddler and is very energetic. He can play independently, but prefers to have someone in the same room with him.

The babysitter would just look after the child while he plays independently (2-3 hours per day). She should also interact with him (play, chat, and read to him if he requests). He is also an independent eater (BLW), so the babysitter would just ensure that the he is not choking while eating snacks.

We prefer someone that can speak both Italian and English. The main language to speak with the child is Italian.
