OverviewWe are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Creatio (formerly bpm’online) to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Creatio’s CRM and BPM capabilities. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and supporting low-code development projects.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements
- Analyze and model business processes; recommend improvements using Creatio’s tools
- Configure and customize Creatio applications using low-code/no-code tools
- Support full project lifecycle from requirements through testing and deployment
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
- Work closely with developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure alignment
- Conduct UAT sessions and end-user training
- Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles
- Serve as an advocate for no-code best practices within the broader Creatio ecosystem
