The Role

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage OpenShift / Kubernetes platformsin enterprise environments
Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible (playbooks, roles, automation frameworks)
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelinesand DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC)practices (Terraform, Ansible)
Support and optimize the application lifecycle(build, deploy, monitor,



troubleshoot)
Execute advanced troubleshootingand performance optimization activities
Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and operational standards
Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and automation strategies
Client Engagement & Consult Approach

Interact directly with clients in technical discussions and delivery activities
Understand business and technical requirementsand translate them into solutions
Contribute to solution design and architecture discussionswithin the team
Support workshops, onboarding, and DevOps adoption initiatives
Apply a consultative approachto deliver value and improve client environments
Team Collaboration

Work in cross-functional Agile teams(Dev, Ops, Cloud, Security, Architecture)
Collaborate on solutioning, delivery, and problem resolution
Share knowledge and contribute to team capability growth (non-formal mentoring)
